Midreshet Yeud has been around for 20 years. It began as an Israeli Midrasha, and 11 years ago Rav Hillel Van Leuwen was called upon to head an Overseas Program in the Midrasha.
Rav Hillel has gone on to another job, and beginning this year, I will be the head of the Overseas Program. I am very excited about this new opportunity after spending 30 years in Yeshivat Kerem B’Yavneh as a talmid and a staff member.
In addition to the new face, we also are happy to be in a new place, the beautiful neighborhood of Ramot Bet in Yerushalayim. There is a huge advantage of being part of a community, and we are confident that the girls will be very happy with the new location and set up.

Midreshet Yeud has always believed in combining Limud Torah, spiritual growth , and community service (Sherut Leumi) , if you may, the message of the well known Mishna –“ Torah, Avodah, and Gmilut Chasadim “
We will continue in this direction emphasizing the seriousness of each one of these aspects at their proper times in the schedule
Our Rabbis teach us that "כל ההתחלות קשות"  , all beginnings are difficult, but I believe that with the help of  a great  professional and dedicated staff and  the cooperation of the talmidot, we will be able to soar higher and higher symbolic to the meaning of our new location- Ramot- Heights
